Meet Baby P. – another little one waiting for me upon my return from Mexico! She has adoring twin brothers who came along for the session – so needless to say she can sleep through noise! We actually thought maybe it was too quiet for her to sleep – she was pretty awake and alert for the majority of the session. We still managed to get some great shots – thanks for your patience mom and dad, your gallery will be ready soon. Enjoy your sneak peek!

Meet Baby N! He was actually born just before I left for vacation but I had to wait until my return to meet him. For that reason, he was just over two weeks and quite an alert little guy! He was just very interested in his surroundings and we had a bit of difficulty getting the little genius to sleep for us! But we waited him out and still managed to get some great shots of him. I should also mention that this little guy has already been on the cover of a magazine – my image of his mom (with him in that belly) was the cover of Urban Infant Magazine this month! How cool is that? Thanks for your patience S. – your gallery will be up very soon. In the meantime, enjoy your images!

Meet Baby C! A darling little one with a wicked crop of hair and the cutest facial expressions…We got so many sweet expressions from this little gal, she already has quite the personality. Meet Baby H. – a sweet little girl with an entourage of admirers! She was such a great little model with a little bit of spice in her that we all loved! She really liked to keep her legs straight so we had to get creative for a few poses and all worked out well. It was a beautiful day so we got to head outdoors for a few quick shots – I love the leaves and the nest. It was great to finally meet you guys – congratulations on Baby H. – she is wonderful. This little guy is so stinkin’ cute! I’ve never seen strawberry blonde hair like this on a newborn – and the most amazing skin, he’s just the cutest little thing. He ended up surprising mom and dad (and me) by arriving a little early but he is so loved and adored that he obviously knew he had a good thing waiting for him so decided to show up a bit early. A&M thanks so much for your patience! Baby E. is wonderful – he was a pleasure to photograph. I hope you find some images you love – I will have your gallery ready very soon.

Another baby girl this week who I can’t help but call Sweet Pea. Her mom brought along some little peas in a pod that were a gift for her (mom) on her first christmas. I love using elements that have meaning to the family! Such a fun, creative family to work with – thanks so much for all your insight and suggestions – you guys were awesome. I’m so lucky - four newborns in one week - it doesn’t get any better than that! Meet Baby M. – she was born breech just like my first born and I have to admit that as a photographer I was super excited to work with her little frog legs! She was so used to being curled up for nine months that she was super content to be curled up in a little ball all morning making for some really cute squishy shots. I had the pleasure of photographing little Miss M. earlier this week – the third baby in this extended family that I have got to snuggle and take cute pictures of! She is a dainty little thing and was very easy going and relaxed – making for a great session. Thanks for being flexible with your schedule S&B – I’m glad we made it work. Meet Baby M. a wonderful little guy with beautiful skin and lots of personality! He was a blast to photograph – he was just getting to the age where he was able to let us know when he wasn’t happy with us yet obliged and proved to be pretty easy going. I was excited to use some of my new treasures that I picked up when on vacation including an antique dresser drawer, a cheese box and a faux birds nest. I love looking for new props for my newborns….
Ends up Baby M.’s mom and I have some common history (she took piano lessons from my aunt in Saskatchewan….small world!). It was so great to meet you N. and catch up on the old world! Your gallery will be up very soon – enjoy your sneak peeks.
