Great news….a new date has been announced for the next How to Improve your Photography (HIP) Workshop! Mark your calendars….Saturday, April 24th from 1-4. This workshop has been designed specifically for individuals who would like to learn how to take better snapshots of their children. Topics include finding the light, engaging your subject and capturing the moment. The workshop will also feature some time for hands on photography with children models, so you can try out your new skills! Go to www.modernmama.ca to register.

I had the pleasure of helping Andrea from Brown’s Photography shoot a winter wedding on Saturday. This couple was amazing which made the day so fun! The bride was a warrior, braving the elements in her wedding dress…she was amazing. You guys were so much fun to be around and didn’t complain at all about the chilly temperatures, you rule! I had to include a few shots of Andrea around who deserves some kudos for her toughness as well.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the model call on Saturday. It was a beautiful day and the kids were all awesome! I forgot how much fun a toboggan on an ice rink can be…Here are a few highlights of the little cuties from Saturday!
