I feel horrible that I have been neglecting my blog for the past month! It has been crazy busy trying to finish everything for clients before I go for my carpal tunnel surgery on Tuesday. Thank you to everyone for your patience while I try to finish off design work, print orders etc. I really notice that my carpal tunnel is getting worse and I cannot spend as much time on the computer as I used to – so the surgery will be good in the long run. I just have to get through the recovery now!
On to bigger and better things! Meet little Miss H. She was well overdue and not super happy to come hang with me for the afternoon. We had to wrap things up early, she was just having an off day and we didnt’ want to make her off day worse! I did manage to get a few shots of her before she left and here they are. G – I will chat with you soon so we can figure out what to do!

I apologize for the delay – I am catching up on things and we have a sick kiddo in the house that tends to need her mom a lot! So check out Baby A. – great hair, great skin and kind of hard to get to sleep! He did sleep eventually, but it took a lot of work on everyone’s part. We had big plans to include the family dog in some of the photos, but when we got baby to cooperate the dog wanted nothing to do with us which is just how it goes sometimes! Here are some of my favorite shots of Baby E. – a petite little angel who was a dream to photograph. We managed to get some shots with her adoring siblings (which was a bonus!) and had so much fun with her because she looked so good in rich colors and was just small enough to use some of my new props I’ve been wanting to use! Meet Baby A. - just six days old and sweet as ever. She had a great crop of hair and even gave us a few smiles. I love the way she uses her little arm as a pillow in some of the images – this girl is great at relaxing! M & C – thanks for your patience and for making the drive from out of town. Meet Baby P. – another little one waiting for me upon my return from Mexico! She has adoring twin brothers who came along for the session – so needless to say she can sleep through noise! We actually thought maybe it was too quiet for her to sleep – she was pretty awake and alert for the majority of the session. Meet Baby N! He was actually born just before I left for vacation but I had to wait until my return to meet him. For that reason, he was just over two weeks and quite an alert little guy! He was just very interested in his surroundings and we had a bit of difficulty getting the little genius to sleep for us! But we waited him out and still managed to get some great shots of him. I should also mention that this little guy has already been on the cover of a magazine – my image of his mom (with him in that belly) was the cover of Urban Infant Magazine this month! Meet Baby G. – just 6 days old and such a sweet little man! He brought along a posse including mom and dad, big brother and even his grandparents! This little guy is definitely loved – not to mention very calm and quiet. Thanks for coming out you guys – it was great meeting you all. Meet Baby N. – 13 days old and already a little personality shining through! He was a great little model and often included a little scowl (and even the odd obscene gesture) for me that I love.
