Meet Baby A. - just six days old and sweet as ever. She had a great crop of hair and even gave us a few smiles. I love the way she uses her little arm as a pillow in some of the images – this girl is great at relaxing! M & C – thanks for your patience and for making the drive from out of town. Meet Baby N! He was actually born just before I left for vacation but I had to wait until my return to meet him. For that reason, he was just over two weeks and quite an alert little guy! He was just very interested in his surroundings and we had a bit of difficulty getting the little genius to sleep for us! But we waited him out and still managed to get some great shots of him. I should also mention that this little guy has already been on the cover of a magazine – my image of his mom (with him in that belly) was the cover of Urban Infant Magazine this month! How cool is that? Thanks for your patience S. – your gallery will be up very soon. In the meantime, enjoy your images!

I’m back! Sorry for the absence – we were on a much needed vacation in Mexcio where my brother got married. We had an amazing time and came back relaxed and refreshed. I’m just starting to catch up on emails etc. so I appreciate your patience. If you did phone or email me in the last two weeks – feel free to send me a reminder email in case I have forgotten anyone.
On to the yumminess. Meet Baby H. His mom is a talented photographer in Calgary Virginia from Sweet Ginger Photography. We have been ‘online dating’ for about a year now so when she found out she was pregnant I was excited to do her newborn photos. I drove down to Calgary before we left on vacation and spent a few hours with Baby H. and Virginia. It’s always a bit nerve racking taking photos for another photographer – but in this case, Baby H. was such an awesome little guy that I kind of forgot to be nervous and just had fun with him!

Meet Baby G. – just 6 days old and such a sweet little man! He brought along a posse including mom and dad, big brother and even his grandparents! This little guy is definitely loved – not to mention very calm and quiet. Thanks for coming out you guys – it was great meeting you all. I’ve been waiting for these two little gems for a few months now. They surprised everyone and arrived VERY early. Being the little warriors that they are, they are both home safe and sound and I was thrilled to have the opportunity to photograph them. A bit older than I usually work with – so we didn’t get as many sleepy poses as usual but their expressions were great and the connection between them is obvious. Congratulations to mom and dad and the rest of the family! I will have your gallery up very soon.

I had the pleasure of photographing this sweet little guy who’s parents won a free newborn session (and some other goodies) through Pregnancy Awareness Month sponsored by the hippest moms in town over at Modern Mama. Baby A. was such a great little model – we got some great shots with mom and dad and then of course a bunch of him on his own just being cute!
