I apologize for the delay – I am catching up on things and we have a sick kiddo in the house that tends to need her mom a lot! So check out Baby A. – great hair, great skin and kind of hard to get to sleep! He did sleep eventually, but it took a lot of work on everyone’s part. We had big plans to include the family dog in some of the photos, but when we got baby to cooperate the dog wanted nothing to do with us which is just how it goes sometimes! Here are some of my favorite shots of Baby E. – a petite little angel who was a dream to photograph. We managed to get some shots with her adoring siblings (which was a bonus!) and had so much fun with her because she looked so good in rich colors and was just small enough to use some of my new props I’ve been wanting to use! Meet Baby A. - just six days old and sweet as ever. She had a great crop of hair and even gave us a few smiles. I love the way she uses her little arm as a pillow in some of the images – this girl is great at relaxing! M & C – thanks for your patience and for making the drive from out of town. Meet Baby P. – another little one waiting for me upon my return from Mexico! She has adoring twin brothers who came along for the session – so needless to say she can sleep through noise! We actually thought maybe it was too quiet for her to sleep – she was pretty awake and alert for the majority of the session. Meet Baby N! He was actually born just before I left for vacation but I had to wait until my return to meet him. For that reason, he was just over two weeks and quite an alert little guy! He was just very interested in his surroundings and we had a bit of difficulty getting the little genius to sleep for us! But we waited him out and still managed to get some great shots of him. I should also mention that this little guy has already been on the cover of a magazine – my image of his mom (with him in that belly) was the cover of Urban Infant Magazine this month! How cool is that? Thanks for your patience S. – your gallery will be up very soon. In the meantime, enjoy your images!

I’m back! Sorry for the absence – we were on a much needed vacation in Mexcio where my brother got married. We had an amazing time and came back relaxed and refreshed. I’m just starting to catch up on emails etc. so I appreciate your patience. If you did phone or email me in the last two weeks – feel free to send me a reminder email in case I have forgotten anyone.
On to the yumminess. Meet Baby H. His mom is a talented photographer in Calgary Virginia from Sweet Ginger Photography. We have been ‘online dating’ for about a year now so when she found out she was pregnant I was excited to do her newborn photos. I drove down to Calgary before we left on vacation and spent a few hours with Baby H. and Virginia. It’s always a bit nerve racking taking photos for another photographer – but in this case, Baby H. was such an awesome little guy that I kind of forgot to be nervous and just had fun with him!

Meet Baby G. – just 6 days old and such a sweet little man! He brought along a posse including mom and dad, big brother and even his grandparents! Meet Baby N. – 13 days old and already a little personality shining through! He was a great little model and often included a little scowl (and even the odd obscene gesture) for me that I love. I had to include at least one shot of his obscene gesture…We got some great family shots including some of my new favorites with him and his dad….Enjoy your images mom and dad, I will have your gallery up very soon.
